I’m just a girl who really enjoys working out and committed to bettering herself. My love for health and fitness started about a year and a half ago. Weight is something that I’ve always struggled with and still do. I started this journey to become a better and healthier me for myself and my son.
My highest weight was 240 when I was pregnant with my son. I gained 15lbs during my pregnancy. After delivery, I returned back to weighing 225lbs. Since I’ve been on the pursuit of healthiness, I’ve lost 60lbs, now weighing 165lbs.
In my pursuit of healthiness, I started by making small changes like drinking water instead cold drinks and limiting how much fried food I ate. I also started to walk for at least 30mins a day 3 days a week. I saw results and immediately fell in love with them.
I created this page after getting so many questions asking what did I do to lose weight. No, I’m not a personal trainer or a dietician. I just want to be able to help and encourage anyone who wants to become healthier. Accountability Ash will help hold anyone who is committed to bettering themselves accountable to living an all around healthier lifestyle. Tips, recipes, exercises and all things health & wellness will be posted to help you all along this journey. Again, I’m not a professional. I can only share with you what has helped me on my pursuit of healthiness.
